Berry Berry Jello
Made With MARIGOLD
PEEL FRESH No Sugar Added Powerberries
Ingredients
600ml MARIGOLD PEEL FRESH No Sugar Added Powerberries
2 sachets of gelatine
200ml hot water
2 tbsp sugar
1 box cranberries
1 box blueberries
3 sprigs mint leaves, for garnishing
Method

Mix the gelatin with 150ml hot water and dilute the mixture.

Pour in MARIGOLD PEEL FRESH No Sugar Added Powerberries Juice.

Place 3 blueberries and 3 cranberries in the jello mixture and let It set in the fridge overnight.

In a pot, add in the other 50ml of hot water wilt the sugar and half of the cranberries and blueberries.

Allow it to cook for 10 minutes until the mixture is thickened and caramelized.

Throw in the rest of the fresh berries and stir in with the sauce.

To serve, place the berries sauce on the jello and garnish with 3 pieces of mint leaves.
