Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Made With MARIGOLD
PowerBeans Fresh Unsweetened Soya Milk & PowerBeans Fresh Almond Soya Milk
Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower florets
120ml MARIGOLD PowerBeans Unsweetened Soya Milk
120ml MARIGOLD PowerBeans Almond Soya Milk
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 cup Sriracha sauce
1 tbsp butter
Buffalo Dipping Sauce
200ml MARIGOLD Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
1 tbsp lime juice
Dash of black pepper and salt
Method

Preheat oven to 210°C.

Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-size pieces.

Mix MARIGOLD Soya Milk, MARIGOLD Almond Soya Milk, flour and spices in a mixing bowl.

Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and place on the baking sheet.

Bake the florets for 20 mins.

While baking, prepare buffalo wing sauce by melting butter and Sriracha sauce in a pan. Stir to set aside.

Once cauliflower is baked, remove and put all into the wing sauce to coat evenly.

Return cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for another 20 minutes or until desired crispness.

While baking, prepare dipping sauce by mixing MARIGOLD Yoghurt, lime juice and a dash of black pepper and salt into a serving bowl.
