1. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and
immediate families of Malaysia Dairy Industries Pte Ltd (MDI) and their
advertising agencies.
2. To participate, you must purchase min $3 worth of MARIGOLD UHT Milk
products in a single receipt. Double your chance of winning with purchase of
any malt flavoured products.
3. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be accompanied with a new
and original valid receipt.
4. An original valid receipt should include clear description of the store
name, date of purchase, receipt number and description of MARIGOLD UHT Milk
products.
5. To qualify:
a. Purchases must be made during the promotion period from 1 – 31 Oct
2025, at any participating supermarkets (Cold Storage, FairPrice, Giant,
Prime, Sheng Siong) and online retail (FairPrice Online, Redmart).
b. All entries must be accompanied by an original valid receipt number (with
min $3 spent on MARIGOLD UHT Milk products).
c. All Winners MUST present proof of identity together with the original
winning receipt, and the winning letter issued by MDI for verification
purposes upon collection of prizes. Failure to do so shall be deemed as
disqualified.
d. All entries must reach us by 4 Nov 2025, 2359hrs. All entries regardless of
date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not
qualify for the promotion.
6. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
7. Each entrant is only entitled to one (1) prize and winners will be notified
by email and will receive a redemption letter for self-collection of the
prize.
8. The lucky draw will be held on 7 Nov 2025 at MDI office, 2 Davidson Road,
Singapore 369941.
9. All prizes must be collected by 28 Nov 2025. Prizes not collected
within the stipulated date of collection will be forfeited. Unclaimed prize
shall be disposed of at MDI’s sole discretion.

11. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
12. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of first attempt,
the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
13. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless
with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by
a stated date will be forfeited.
14. MDI’s decision in all matters relating to this contest is final and
no correspondence will be entertained.
15. MDI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this contest
without prior notice.
16. By participating in this contest, you understand and accept without
limitations that MDI may collect, use or disclose your personal data contained
herein for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data
Protection Act (PDPA), which is to administer this promotion, including to
contact you for the administration of prize and for the purpose of internal
audit/verification and/or external marketing purposes.
17. This contest is for promotional purposes only and you accept there is no
intention to create legal relations between yourself and MDI.
