    Terms and Conditions

    1. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and immediate families of Malaysia Dairy Industries Pte Ltd (MDI) and their advertising agencies.
      2. To participate, you must purchase $5 worth of MARIGOLD participating products (MARIGOLD UHT MILK AND/OR CANNED MILK) in a single receipt. Scan QR code and fill up the details in the MARIGOLD lucky draw webpage.
    2. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be accompanied with a new original valid receipt image and participating details.
    3. An original valid receipt image should include clear description of PRIME store name, date of purchase, receipt number and description of participating products.
    4. To qualify:
      • Purchases must be made during the promotion period 
from 29 May – 30 Jun 2026 at PRIME only.
      • All entries must be accompanied by an original valid receipt (with $5 purchase of MARIGOLD UHT Milk and/or Canned Milk products).
      • All winners MUST present proof of identity together with the original winning receipt and the winning letter issued by MDI for verification purpose upon collection of prizes. Failure to do so shall be deemed as disqualified.
      • All entries to reach us by 30 Jun 2026, 2359hrs.
    5. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible entries will be disqualified.
    6. Each entrant is only entitled to one (1) prize and winner will be notified by post.
    7. The lucky draw will be held on 3 Jul 2026 at MDI office, 2 Davidson Road, Singapore 369941.
    8. Prize to be collected at MDI Office by 30 Jun 2026. Prize not collected within the stipulated date of collection will be forfeited. Unclaimed prize shall be disposed of at MDI’s sole discretion.

    10. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

By participating in this contest, you understand and accept without limitations that MDI may collect, use or disclose your personal data contained herein for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), which is to administer this promotion, including to contact you for the administration of prize and for the purpose of internal audit/verification and/or external marketing purposes.
