Ingredients
2 limes, quartered
12 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup MARIGOLD PEEL FRESH Lime
1/4 cup soda water
A handful of ice
Method

Place the limes, mint leaves and sugar in a glass. Use a small pestle and mortar — mash the ingredients till they form a rough pulp.

Fill the glass with ice to about three-quarters full and top with MARIGOLD PEEL FRESH Lime and soda water.
