Please submit a clear image of the full original receipt or tax invoice, including details such as the purchase outlet, purchase date, receipt number, and MARIGOLD participating product(s). The file size should not exceed 5MB.
1. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and immediate families of Malaysia Dairy Industries Pte Ltd (MDI) and their advertising agencies.
2. To participate, you must purchase $5 worth of MARIGOLD participating products (MARIGOLD UHT Milk, 100% Juice, Asian Drinks, Fruit Drinks and/or Canned Milk).
3. Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be accompanied with a new and original valid receipt.
4. An original valid receipt should include clear description of the store name, date of purchase, receipt number and description of $5 worth of MARIGOLD participating products.
5. To qualify:
a. Purchases must be made during the promotion period from 1 - 30 Sep 2024, at any participating supermarkets and online retail.
b. All entries must be accompanied by an original valid receipt number
(with a purchase of $5 worth of the above participating products as proof of purchase).
c. Winners MUST present proof of identity together with the original winning receipt: the winning letter issued by MDI for verification purposes upon collection of prizes. Failure to do so shall be deemed as disqualified.
d. All entries must reach us by 4 October 2024, 2359hrs. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
6. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
7. Each entrant is only entitled to one (1) prize and winner will be notified by call/email and will receive a redemption letter for self-collection of the prize.
8. The lucky draw will be held on to 14 October 2024 at MDI office, 2 Davidson Road, Singapore 369941.
9. Winners will be contacted by 21 October 2024.

11. Prizes are strictly not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
12. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
13. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by a stated date will be forfeited.
14. MDI’s decision in all matters relating to this contest is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
15. MDI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this contest without prior notice.
16. By participating in this contest, you understand and accept without limitations that MDI may collect, use or disclose your personal data contained herein for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which is to administer this promotion, including to contact you for the administration of prize and for the purpose of internal audit/verification and/or external marketing purposes.
