Milk (Plain)
Ingredients
½ cup MARIGOLD HL Milk (Plain)
1 piece shallot, blend
4 cloves garlic, blend
200g dried prawns, blend
Mixed herbs: Star Anise, Cinnamon and Black Pepper
250g meat, cut into cubes
2 cups rice
1 pack soup spices
1 piece pandan leaf
1 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp salt
Spring onion, sliced thinly
Fried shallots
Water
Oil
Method

Heat the oil and stir fry the blended dried prawns, blended shallot and garlic.

Stir in star anise, cinnamon and black pepper. Continue stirring.

Add in the meat and continue stirring until the colour turns golden brown.

Add water and rice.

Add in the pandan leaf, soup spices, fenugreek and salt. Let the rice cook until it turns into porridge.

Pour MARIGOLD HL Milk into the pot and stir for a while.

Serve hot with spring onion and fried shallots.
