Korean Corn Dog
Made With MARIGOLD HL
Milk (Plain)
Ingredients
½ cup MARIGOLD HL Milk (Plain)
6 pcs hot dogs
½ cup plain flour
½ cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
160g egg(beaten)
2 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper pinch of to taste
2 cups cereal of your choice
3 pairs disposable chopsticks
Others tomato / chilli / mayo / mustard and oil for frying

Thread hot dogs into disposable chopsticks.

Heat oil.

Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, chicken powder, sugar, salt n pepper in a large bowl, add beaten egg and mix well. Slowly add in milk and mix till you achieve a thick consistency.

Add corndogs to the hot oil and cook evenly 2-3 mins under medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer to kitchen towel lined plate, drizzle sauce and serve immediately.
