UHT Milk with Malt
In a heatproof bowl, warm up MARIGOLD Milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir in butter until it melts and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well. Add egg and milk and continuing mixing. Next, add in remaining flour and mix until all is incorporated.
When dough comes together, knead until smooth for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes until it has doubled in size.
Then roll out the dough to a rectangular shape, spread softened butter and sprinkle chocolate chips.
Cut into size. Cover and allow it to rise while the oven is preheating.
Bake at 160°C for 20 mins.
