Ingredients
10 pcs salmon (fillet)
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
300ml MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols
10 pcs egg white
Coriander (chopped)
Spring onion (chopped)
Method

Marinate salmon with salt and olive oil, set aside.

Mix MARIGOLD HL Milk with Plant Sterols and egg white together (mix well), then sieve.

Pour the egg mixture in plate and bring to steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Place the salmon fillet on top of and steam for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and spring onion.
