Ingredients
Chicken Marinade
600g chicken wings, separate wingettes from drummettes
130g MARIGOLD Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp curry powder
Turmeric Sauce
130g MARIGOLD Low Fat Peach Yoghurt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
Method

Marinate chicken with MARIGOLD Low Fat Natural Yoghurt, soy sauce and curry powder. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake chicken for 15 minutes until it turns golden brown and crispy.

Prepare turmeric sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil and the heat off.

Serve chicken with turmeric sauce.

Marinating chicken with yoghurt helps retain moisture and adds flavour to the meat.
