Peach Mushi Pan
Made With MARIGOLD
Low Fat Peach Yoghurt
Ingredients
130g MARIGOLD Low Fat Peach Yoghurt
90ml MARIGOLD Full Cream Milk
1 tbsp oil
130g flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Method

Pour MARIGOLD Yoghurt into a bowl followed by MARIGOLD Milk.

Add sugar and stir well, ensuring sugar is dissolved.

Add oil and egg. Stir well and set aside.

Sieve flour into a bigger bowl and add yoghurt mixture. Mix well.

Mix 1 tbsp hot water with baking powder and baking soda. Then add this to the batter. Stir well until combined.

Scoop batter into muffin cups and steam on medium heat for 15 minutes.
