Low Fat Fruit Salad Yoghurt
Ingredients
50g raw sugar
100ml water
3 slices ginger, grated
130g MARIGOLD Low Fat Fruit Salad Yoghurt
1 fresh mango, cut into cubes
1 honey pineapple, cut into cubes
1 calamansi, zest and juice extracted
Method

Combine sugar, ginger and water. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.

Add MARIGOLD Yoghurt to the mixture and whisk gently until smooth.

Add cubed fruits and mix well. Squeeze calamansi juice followed by a sprinkle of calamansi zest and serve.
