Tandoori Chicken
Made With MARIGOLD
Non Fat Natural No Sugar Added Yoghurt
Ingredients
1kg boneless chicken leg, cut into chunks
50g masala spice
2 tbsp food colouring
200g MARIGOLD Non Fat Natural No Sugar Added Yoghurt
50ml lemon juice
50g sugar
50g salt
2 pcs red onion, sliced (for garnish)
Spice Blend
50g garlic
20g ginger
20g shallots
50ml corn oil
Method

Combine all the spice blend ingredients in a blender and blend until it becomes a fine paste.

Add masala spice, food colouring, MARIGOLD Yoghurt, lemon juice, sugar and salt and blended spice in a large bowl. Mix well.

Marinate chicken in mixture and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Bake chicken in the oven at 160°C for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
