Avocado Dip

Non Fat Aloe Vera Yoghurt
Ingredients
30ml tabasco sauce
300g fresh, peeled tomatoes and diced
3 large ripe avocados, chopped
60g green chili, seeded and chopped
100ml lemon juice
280g MARIGOLD Non Fat Aloe Vera Yoghurt
70g red onion, diced
30ml olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 packet tortilla chips
Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except for tortilla chips). Mix well and keep refrigerated.

Serve avocado dip with tortilla chips.
