Non Fat Natural No Sugar Added Yoghurt
Cook eggs in boiling water to make hard boiled eggs. Peel and chop.
Combine avocado, MARIGOLD Yoghurt and salt in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
Add chopped eggs to the avocado mixture. Season with pepper and calamansi juice. Mix well.
Spread on toasted walnut bread. Add romaine lettuce and serve.
Replacing mayonnaise with yoghurt makes this sandwich more refreshing.
