Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt
Ingredients
Prawns
3-4 tbsp oil
12 large prawns, deveined with head and tail intact
130g MARIGOLD Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt
1 pinch salt
Spice Paste
10g red chillies
50g shallots
2 candlenuts
1 tsp belacan powder
Method

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté prawns until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Ground all ingredients for spice paste and fry until fragrant. Add MARIGOLD Yoghurt to the pan and stir well.

Lower the heat to medium. Add prawns and season with salt. Turn off the heat and transfer prawns to a plate.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
Tip
Replacing coconut milk with yoghurt for this Nyonya recipe makes the dish lighter and more unique in taste.
