Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Pound chicken breast into thin, even pieces. Marinate with salt and pepper.
Place chicken ham and cheese on top of each chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpick.
Coat chicken with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
Remove toothpick and slice chicken in half.
Prepare yoghurt sauce by dissolving chicken seasoning cube in boiling water. Add MARIGOLD Yoghurt and mix well.
Drizzle yoghurt sauce on chicken and serve.
Yoghurt sauce: Turn off the heat immediately after adding the yoghurt to avoid destroying the good bacteria in the yoghurt.
