Preheat oven to 170°C.
Placed chopped apples in ramekins.
In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, strawberry jam and honey. Mix well and pour over chopped apples.
Crush cookies into fine crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over jam mixture, followed by almond slices.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Top with MARIGOLD Yoghurt and serve.
