Ingredients
428g MARIGOLD King of Kings Full Cream Evaporated milk
310ml Water
240g White chocolate
20g Matcha powder
21g Gelatin
200ml MARIGOLD 100% Orange juice
Method
Matcha Panna Cotta Layer

Combine 214g of MARIGOLD King of Kings Full Cream Evaporated Milk, 120g of melted white chocolate and matcha powder

Mix till well-combined

Add 100ml of water to the mixture and mix well
4
Stir in 8g of gelatin and 40ml of water to form a mixture

Pour the mixture into tart mould
Panna Cotta Layer
1
Combine 214g of MARIGOLD King of Kings Full Cream Evaporated Milk, 100ml of water and 120g of melted white chocolate

Mix till well-combined

Stir in 8g of gelatin and 40ml of water to form a mixture

Pour the mixture into half sphere silicone mould
Orange Jelly Layer
1
Pour in MARIGOLD 100% Orange Juice into a bowl

Stir in 5g of gelatin and 30ml of water to form a mixture

Pour mixture into smaller half sphere silicone mould
- Chill for at least 4-6 hours
- Remove panna cotta layer and orange jelly layer from moulds
- Gently place panna cotta layer over matcha panna cotta Layer
- Finish off by placing orange jelly layer on top of finished tart
