Strawberry Matcha Sago

MARIGOLD KING OF KINGS Full Cream Evaporated Milk & MARIGOLD Lady General Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
Ingredients
½ cup dried sago pearls
2 tbsp matcha powder
190g cup MARIGOLD King of Kings Full Cream Evaporated Milk
76g MARIGOLD Lady General Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup MARIGOLD UHT Full Cream Milk
½ cup hot water (80°C)
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup nata de coco
Method

In a pot of boiling water, add in dried sago pearls. Stir and allow the sago pearls to cook for ~10 mins. Once done, remove from heat, cover and let it sit for another 10 to 15 minutes or until sago is fully translucent.

To prepare the matcha milk. sift matcha powder into a small heat-proof bowl and whisk with hot water until frothy and combined. Then add milk and mix until combined.

In a large mixing bowl, add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, matcha milk, strawberries, nata de coco and ice.
