MARIGOLD KING OF KINGS Full Cream Evaporated Milk & MARIGOLD DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
Bring 500ml of water to a boil, then add 10g of agar agar powder
Stir till the powder dissolves
Add MARIGOLD King of Kings Premium Full Cream Evaporated Milk and MARIGOLD Dawn Sweetened Beverage Creamer to the boiling water
Stir till well-combined
Pour the mixture into savarin moulds, leaving a 0.5cm gap, then chill in the fridge for ~1 hour
To a pot, add MARIGOLD 100% Juice Orange
Once the orange juice starts boiling, add the remaining agar agar powder
Stir till the powder dissolves
Pour the mixture into small jelly ball moulds, and fill the remaining 0.5cm gap of the savarin moulds with the mixture
Once the jelly is fully set, remove the chilled pudding from the mould and add the remaining orange mixture into the hollow centre
Top the pudding with the orange jelly balls, a sprig of mint leaf, and a slice of mandarin then serve
