Red Berry Pudding
Made With MARIGOLD
Non Fat Strawberry Yoghurt
Ingredients
250g fresh raspberries
500g fresh strawberries
Syrup (30g sugar + 60ml water)
150g sugar
400g MARIGOLD Non Fat Strawberry Yoghurt
600ml MARIGOLD 100% Fresh Milk
12g gelatine leaves, soaked
Method

Boil milk and set aside to cool.

Add gelatine and sugar to warm milk and let dissolve.

In another bowl, add MARIGOLD Yoghurt to the milk mixture. Combine both mixtures well and pour into a container. Place it in refrigerator and leave it to set for at least 2 hours.

Blend half the strawberries with syrup and pour sauce over the pudding. Top pudding with raspberries and remaining strawberries. Serve chilled.
