MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
Ingredients
400g fillet / whole fish
For seasoning of the fish
3 tbsp MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 tbsp Hua Tiao wine
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp salt and pepper
4 stalks spring onion, pressed
6 slices ginger, mashed
Sauce
2 tbsp MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 stalks red chili, chopped
1 dove garlic, crashed
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
For smoking the fish
1 cup tea leaves
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice
Method

Marinate the fish with seasoning for 4 hours.

Place smoking ingredients on a tray and place it on the bottom oven rack.

Pre-heat oven to 240°C. Place the fish on greased tray on upper oven rack.

Bake fish for 20 mins. Remove and sprinkle with sesame oil.

For sauce, mix all ingredients well.

Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
