MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
Ingredients
300g MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Sweetened Condensed Milk
450g cream cheese
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 lemon zest
1 cup mango puree
5 sheets gelatine leaves or 10g powder gelatine
1/2 cup water
1 tsp mango essence
1 vanilla Swiss roll
Method

Beat cream cheese, MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Sweetened Condensed Milk well, gradually add in lemon juice, mango puree, mango essence and lemon zest.

Soften gelatine in water and melt it over hot water.

Slice Swiss roll into thin slices and arrange onto base of 10°C spring pan. Pour mixture into pan.

Chill till set, decorate with whipping cream and chocolate sticks. Serve chilled.
