MARIGOLD LADY GENERAL Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
Ingredients
70g MARIGOLD Lady General Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup dried mini sago pearl
1kg chopped mangoes
200g unsweetened coconut milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method

In a pot of boiling water, add in dried sago pearls

Stir and allow the sago pearls to cook for ~10 mins

After sago pearls are done cooking, drain and soak them in a bowl of ice cold water and set aside

In a blender, add the remaining ingredients

Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl for mixing

Drain the sago pearls and add it to the blended mango mixture
7
Mix well and serve chilled
