MARIGOLD King of Kings Premium Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Ingredients
190g MARIGOLD King of Kings Premium Full Cream Evaporated Milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 beaten egg
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup water
Method

In a large bowl, sift flour and ground turmeric, then add salt and egg

Add MARIGOLD King of Kings Premium Full Cream Evaporated Milk and water

Stir till a smooth batter forms, then strain the mixture to remove any lumps

Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bottle

In a heated pan brushed with some oil, pour the mixture in with a circular motion

After ~2 mins, bring the sides of the crepe inward and roll it up
7
Repeat until the batter finishes, then serve
