Baked Korean Chicken Wings
Made With MARIGOLD
DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
Ingredients
8 chicken wings
Marinade
5 tbsp gochujang hot pepper paste
8 tbsp MARIGOLD DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
Garnish
A handful of toasted sesame seeds
2 stalks spring onions
Method

Combine ingredients for marinade and mix well. Reserve 1/4 of it to baste the chicken.

Use 3/4 of the marinade to marinate chicken wings. Leave overnight or at least 4 hours.

In a 160°C oven, place chicken wings on a rack and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and baste chicken with reserved marinade and bake for another 10 minutes on 200°C.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garnish with spring onions.
