KING OF KINGS Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Combine ingredients for marinade and mix well. Marinate ribs and set aside.
Heat skillet with oil over high heat. Deep-fry ribs until fully cooked.
Fry ribs in 2 batches and set aside.
In a clean pan, mix ingredients for sauce and simmer until thickened.
Add ribs to the sauce pan and toss well until they are evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
