KING OF KINGS Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Heat pot on low heat and melt butter and oil. Add in onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes until softened.
Add in mushrooms and thyme. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat to render out the flavour and soften.
Sprinkle flour over mushrooms. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock or water with chicken cube. Cook for another 2 minutes on low heat for soup to thicken.
Pour in MARIGOLD Evaporated Milk and let it come to a simmer. Do not boil.
Season and with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
