Japanese-styled Fruit Sandwich

Ingredients
400ml heavy whipping cream
7 tbsp MARIGOLD DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 strawberries
8 green grapes
1 kiwi, sliced lengthwise
8 slices Japanese milk bread
Method

Place mixing bowl into an ice bath.

Pour heavy whipping cream, MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl. Whisk until you soft peaks form. The consistency should be spreadable but not runny. Over-whisking will cause the cream to curdle.

Transfer cream into a piping bag.

Next, slice and discard bread crust.

Pipe cream over 2 slices of the bread, spread into a thin layer.

Arrange and align fruits on one slice of the bread. Be mindful to keep fruits in a straight line down the middle of the bread.

Add cream to fill any gaps.

Wrap the sandwich tightly with cling wrap. Mark the cross section with a marker and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Slice and serve chilled.
