Ingredients
Garlic chilli sauce
5 tbsp mayonnaise
5 tbsp MARIGOLD Dawn Sweetened Beverage Creamer
5 tbsp garlic chilli sauce
Mayo topping suace
5 tbsp mayonnaise
5 tbsp MARIGOLD Dawn Sweetened Beverage Creamer
Sandwich
5 slices thick brioche bread
5 slices cheddar cheese
5 eggs
5 tbsp milk
5 strips bacon
55g butter
Garnish
Fresh or dried parsley
Method

Mix ingredients for both sauces in two separate bowls and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk egg and milk together.

Make a slit three quarters of the way down the middle of a thick slice of brioche bread.

Heat pan and melt butter over medium-low heat.

Coat both sides of the brioche bread with melted butter on the pan until golden brown. Set aside.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble over low heat.

Pan-fry bacon strips over low heat until crisp. Set aside.
Assemble

Spread garlic chilli sauce on the inside of the brioche bread.

Place cheese, bacon and scrambled eggs inside the brioche bread.

Drizzle mayo topping sauce over the bread and garnish with parsley before serving.
