Combine all ingredients for meatballs in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Bring a pot of water to boil. Spoon the ground meat mixture into balls and gently drop them into the pot to cook.
Cook meatballs for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
To make sauce, heat butter on a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions until softened.
Add MARIGOLD Evaporated Milk, broth, cheese and seasonings.
When sauce is ready, add meatballs in and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Dish up, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
