Sweet and Creamy Pork Ribs
Made With MARIGOLD
DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
Ingredients
800g pork ribs
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
100ml MARIGOLD DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
1 tbsp corn starch
1 egg white
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cooking wine
Flour coating
2 tbsp corn flour
8 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt, to taste
Glazing sauce
50g salted butter
2 pcs red chilli, sliced
80ml MARIGOLD DAWN Sweetened Beverage Creamer
50ml MARIGOLD KING OF KINGS Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Garnish
Fried minced garlic
Method

Combine ingredients for marinating in a mixing bowl with the pork ribs. Give it a good massage. Let it sit for at least 1½ hours. For best results, marinate for half a day.

Coat meat pieces with flour mixture and set aside on a plate.

Fry ribs until light golden colour. Dish up and set aside.

Fry ribs again until golden brown. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt salted butter. Add in sliced chillies and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in MARIGOLD DAWN Sweetened Creamer and MARIGOLD KING OF KINGS Evaporated Milk. Stir evenly and bring it to a boil to thicken the sauce.

Add in fried pork ribs and coat evenly.

Garnish with fried garlic and serve hot.
