To prepare the filling, combine MARIGOLD Condensed Milk, water and corn flour into a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens, about 4 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese and mix until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool. When completely cooled, add the sweet corn kernel and pomelo pulp and stir to combine.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place a sheet of filo pastry on a clean work surface and slice into quarters. Brush the pastry sheets with melted butter and place 1 tablespoon of the filling in a narrow row in the centre of each pastry.
Fold over the edges and roll to form a thin cigar. Seal the pastries with a little melted butter and place on a baking sheet. Now brush the tops of the cigars with melted butter. Repeat with the remaining sheets of pastry and filling.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the pastries are golden.
